  16. WHAT'S  (1) First tiem race has started in mexicali in 19 years;
  17. NEW:    (2) debut in off-road racing of AM General Hummers, civilian
  18.             version of U.S. Army's HMMWVs used in the Gulf War;
  19.         (3) return of Indy 500 star Robby Gordon to off-road racing;
  20.         (4) potentially the lartgest spectator crowd in sports history,
